I had a great experience at Grease Monkey! Seth, one of the managers, was incredibly friendly, professional, and made the entire oil change process quick and stress-free. It's refreshing to find a place with such great customer service. I'll definitely be coming back for future maintenance and highly recommend Grease Monkey!

1st time customer! Went because of the reviews of others and they did not lie! Great experience from the start. Professional, friendly, provided impeccable service. Great prices and in addition to my oil change, received new wiper blades. They are so quiet :). No complaints on wait time either as I was able to chat with the other customers. Reginald and team are the Best. Will be back!

Came to this location for the first time looking for an oil change and was not disappointed. The staff were very friendly and even asked me if I wanted snacks. Unfortunately the specific filter for my car wasn’t available to them immediately so I had to wait about 30 minutes until they were able to get a new one. The staff was very accommodating of my time while waiting. Because of the wait, the staff provided me with discounts off my bill and a free car wash! 10/10 to me

The 2 men doing my Oil change were super nice and put a lot of detail into communicating with each other about what they were doing. Super fast process and I would 100% come here again for any service issues. They keep their waiting room very clean as well.

First time taking my car into Grease Monkey for an oil change. I saw they had 5 stars on Google so I had a good feeling. Wow, what an amazing experience!! Reginald was super friendly and knowledgeable. They did not try to upsell me on any other services like other places do. He showed me what the oil level and color looked like before the oil change, and was super communicative during the whole and short oil change process. It literally took them less than 10 minutes. In addition, they checked all other fluid levels, tire pressure, filters, etc. overall, a 10 out of 10 experience. Synthetic oil change was also $50 cheaper than other places. They also do other car services besides oil changes. I will absolutely be brining my other cars in for oil changes here.
